無法安裝gulp-angular

當我遇到安裝問題時，它只是在Karma上被炸了。

我在Vagrant框中的ubuntu 14上，節點v0.10.37，npm 2.7.5

我必須對所有npm命令都使用sudo 。 這正常嗎？

根據github問題，從app / files.json中刪除對karma.conf.js的引用即可完成工作。

我想這將在某個時候進行正式修復。
