在Ubuntu上，您需要安裝libssl-dev才能安裝SSL的頭文件：

sudo apt-get install libssl-dev

或通過Synaptic。

安裝libcurl4-openssl-dev可能是一個好主意，最后我檢查了你需要相關的包RCurl。

我有同樣的問題，但對於RHEL。 我有sudo yum install openssl-devel並且問題解決了！
