使我的下拉菜單在開發（Cloud9）和生產（Heroku）中都起作用的三個步驟：

1）config / initializers.rb，添加：

Rails.application.config.assets.precompile += %w( bootstrap.js )

2）-head-標記內的app / views / application.html.erb：

<%= javascript_include_tag "bootstrap" if Rails.env.development? %>

3）app / assets / javascripts / application.js，刪除以下行：

//= require bootstrap

我的application.js在操作之前：

//= require turbolinks
//= require jquery
//= require jquery_ujs
//= require bootstrap
//= require_tree .
