為什么使用MyISAM引擎而不是InnoDB創建默認的'mysql'數據庫？

我使用MySQL version 5.6 ，其默認MySQL引擎為InnoDB，即如果在創建表時未指定引擎，則使用InnoDB創建。

但今天，我注意到默認的mysql數據庫是使用'MyISAM'而不是InnoDB創建的。
