您應該安裝PostgreSQL開發庫。

如果您使用的是Ubuntu，這將有助於：

sudo apt-get install libpq-dev

在Mac上：

brew install postgresql

bundle config build.pg --with-pg-config=/Applications/Postgres.app/Contents/Versions/(YOUR POSTGRES VERSION)/bin/pg_config
