Spring servletcontext無法在根應用程序上下文中訪問bean

我在根applicationContext中有一個bean，但是dispatcherServlet似乎無法訪問該bean。 我有一種感覺，我理解為根應用程序上下文，實際上不是根上下文。 根據我的理解，appcontext-config.xml中定義的任何內容都在根上下文中。 servlet-config.xml中定義的任何內容都在servlet上下文中。 真的嗎 ？

看起來像bean參考configurationEncryption不在general-config.xml 。

另請注意： context:component-scan可以完成context:annotation-config的工作，因此可以刪除后者。
