看來你錯過了“Unrar工具”。 我沒有在這里測試cygwin，但你試試：

wget http://www.rarlab.com/rar/unrarsrc-5.1.7.tar.gz
tar -xzvf unrarsrc-5.1.7.tar.gz
cd unrar
make

然后再次運行烘焙下載。
