嘗試將標題內容類型更改為text / html。 切換此行：

 $headers .= "\r\nContent-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary=\"PHP-mixed-".$random_hash."\"";

至：

 $headers .= "\r\nContent-Type: text/html; boundary=\"PHP-mixed-".$random_hash."\"";
