我所做的並挽救了我的生命：

1. 將 xampp/mysql/data 重命名為 xampp/mysql/anyname_data（或您選擇的任何名稱）

3. 將所有 xampp/mysql/backup 文件和文件夾復制到新創建的 xampp/mysql/data 文件夾
