我將Redmine實例從AWS完全遷移到了本地服務器，並且一切正常。 我已經在AWS版本上安裝了插件，並且在遷移到本地服務器后，Redmine和插件都可以工作。

在嘗試將插件直接安裝到本地服務器而不進行遷移之后，出現了上述問題，但是如果我只是將所有內容從AWS遷移到本地服務器，都可以正常工作。
