1. 在您的供應商文件夾中找到 StreamBuffer。 應該在這個位置

C:\\xampp\\htdocs\\mylaravel\\vendor\\swiftmailer\\swiftmailer\\lib\\classes\\Swift\\Transport

2. 打開文件 StreamBuffer.php
3. 找到這個方法_建立SocketConnection
4. 如下圖添加
