similar_posts = Post.published.filter(tags__in=post_tags_ids)
                                     .exclude(id=instance.id)

上面的行應該是

similar_posts = Post.objects.filter(tags__in=post_tags_ids)
                                     .exclude(id=instance.id)

另外，如果您的意思是使用字段publish那么它只能在查詢集參數中使用，而不是作為相關對象屬性使用
