我真的不知道問題出在哪里，但是看起來這是托管Eclipse Marketplace的服務器的問題。 問題解決了。 要永久解決此問題，請刪除.eclipse文件夾中的依賴項。 徹底解決了我的問題

我所做的是先卸載整個“ .eclipse”文件系統，然后重新安裝eclipse，以便重新開始。

只是卸載依賴關系可能對大多數人有效，但是由於某種原因，我的卻沒有。 我正在使用Virtual Box“ Ubuntu” VM。

嘗試在Eclipse Neon上安裝php工具時遇到類似的錯誤。 我只是刪除了錯誤消息中出現的profile.gz文件，然后重新啟動了Eclipse。 現在安裝就像一個魅力:)
