您必須使用適當的屬性才能正確放置這些布局。
如果您希望按鈕位於活動的底部，請執行以下操作：

<include layout="@layout/nav_home"
 android:layout_alignParentBottom="true"/> 

您可能還必須設置其他屬性。
同樣在nav_home.xml我認為您應該至少將android:layout_height="wrap_content"設置為高度，也許也要設置寬度，並刪除所有僅在ConstraintLayout內部應用的這些屬性：
