setuptools似乎存在一些問題-依賴關系已成功編譯但未安裝。 FWIW對我有效（OSX 10.5.6，MacPython 2.5）。

我會嘗試重新安裝setuptools，如果下載失敗，並且手動手動安裝了genogen和py-kqueue，則“ python setup.py install ”會失敗。
