無法使用etcd在vitess上打開topo服務器

看來etcd尚未完全初始化。 請注意，全局鎖服務器的pod（etcd-global-6pwvnv29th）或單元zone1的本地pod（pod etcd-zone1-zwgvd7spzc）都未准備好。
