我找到了一個解決方案，盡管我首先可以通過主題的ggplot選項更改邊距：

+ theme(plot.margin = margin(2, 2, 2, 2, "cm"))

但是無法訪問forestplot的plot對象，因此我仔細考慮了forestplot函數的選項，並且有一個參數mar以單元為參數，以下解決方案對我有效：
