解決方案：似乎我不得不禁用 SELinux

暫時禁用

須藤 setenforce 0

重啟httpd服務

服務 httpd 重啟

永久禁用 SELinux（需要重新啟動）

納米 /etc/selinux/config

SELINUX=禁用
