這就是說至少需要org.eclipse.core.runtime插件的 3.12.0 版本。 Eclipse Helios 只有 3.6.0 版本。

Eclipse Helios 已有 9 年和 13 個版本過期。 嘗試使用更新的 Eclipse（2019-09 是當前版本）。
