如何使用 windows 命令行下載文件而無需輸入代理密碼？

Question

在查看了各種 stackoverflow 問題后，我發現了幾種無需用戶交互即可從命令行下載文件的方法。

唯一對我有用的也僅適用於 Windows 10 原生：

curl -sko %TEMP%\file.txt "https://some.hostname/file.txt"

但是我想避免安裝像 wget/curl 這樣的外部工具。
