為什么這個 heroku 推送不起作用，我束手無策。

我的 requirements.txt 文件包含以下數據：

python 版本 ( python-3.7.2 ) 在requirements.txt中沒有 go ，它在runtime.txt ( docs ) 中。 requirements.txt用於 PyPI 的依賴項。
