我原來app.yaml有python_version: 3 。 此處的 Google Cloud 文檔 state app.yaml 中的app.yaml python_version: 3指的是Python 3.7.2 。 但是，構建日志包含一行RUN virtualenv --no-download /env -p python3.6 。

解決方案：將配置更改為python_version: 3.7 。 現在構建日志中的相應行顯示RUN virtualenv --no-download /env -p python3.7 。
