npm nodejs vue/cli 問題 can't run 'vue ui'

我只是想在一台新的 Win10pro 機器上安裝 Vue 的工具鏈，並多次出現不同的錯誤。 但是，它們看起來都具有相同的根本原因。

我找到了根本原因，最后很簡單。 \system32 的全局路徑丟失
