無法使用安裝程序安裝 RTools，在 RStudio

我正在使用RSTudio 4.2.1 在 HPC 上工作，我想使用安裝RTools安裝installr 。我能夠安裝安裝installr ，但是當我運行命令install.Rtools()時，我得到以下信息：

由於獲取 rtools 的鏈接已更改。

可以等安裝installr的作者修復或者手動下載r工具按照步驟操作。
