您不能為此使用“正常” email 地址/密碼。

登錄您的開發者帳戶並單擊“創建預配置帳戶”並添加詳細信息 - 記下 email 地址和您輸入的密碼（email 地址看起來有點古怪）

當系統提示您在沙箱中登錄時，請使用您在開發者帳戶中創建的 email 地址和密碼進行登錄。

我有這個問題。 The reason why it happens is because, for some reason you need to go to https://developer.paypal.com and login, create the test business account and personal account, and stay logged in during transactions.

This means every pc you run a test transaction through paypal sandbox, you should be logged into your account on https://developer.paypal.com .
