這個解決方案對我有用。

如錯誤報告中所述，它會影響所有插件，而不僅僅是Subclipse，並且解決方法是讓運行eclipse的用戶擁有/寫入eclipse安裝目錄。

1. 右鍵單擊您的eclipse文件夾，選擇Properties-Security-Advanced
2. 單擊所有者，編輯
3. 檢查當前所有者是否是您正在運行eclipse的用戶。
4. （如果沒有，請選中“替換子容器和對象上的所有者”，單擊您的用戶，然后單擊“確定”以應用。）
