Eclipse Web Project沒有使用ANT構建？

Question

Eclipse Web Project沒有使用ANT構建....我有Eclipse構建我的build.xml文件但是如果我轉到注釋行並運行ANT它不會在任何地方生成WAR文件。 有誰能告訴我為什么？
