嘗試部分地從客戶端發送文件，例如

int count;
byte[] buffer = new byte[8192];
while ((count = in.read(buffer)) > 0)
{
  out.write(buffer, 0, count);
}

並在服務器上重新組裝。

Apache Commons支持流傳輸，因此可能會有所幫助。
