MathematicalOrchid是正確的,最簡單的答案是在openLocalState調用上使用liftIO。

但是從更廣泛的角度來看, snaplet-acid-state軟件包已經為您完成了這里的工作,因此我建議您只使用它。 該存儲庫還包括一個示例應用程序,演示了如何使用它。

我對所使用的軟件包一無所知,但問題似乎僅僅是openLocalStateIO操作,但是您的類型簽名要求它是Initializer操作。

修復它可能就像在其中填充對liftIO的調用一樣簡單。 不過,我不太確定...我不知道這些類型的每個模塊來自哪個模塊。
