I am planning to use AWS as a middleware platform and have a custom built UI, preferably some JS based UI framework as the frontend.

Amazon Web Services is the name for the infrastructure-based "Cloud Computing" services (eg, servers, storage, databases). Amazon Web Services是基于基础架构的“云计算”服务（例如，服务器，存储，数据库）的名称。 There is no UI. 没有UI。 They're literally raw web services. 它们实际上是原始的Web服务。
