I'm trying to draw an image on the screen without a window behind it(alpha included).

I'm using python 2.7 on windows 7 and have checked every graphical library I could find and have tried researching it over and over. 我在Windows 7上使用python 2.7，并检查了我可以找到的每个图形库，并尝试了一遍又一遍地对其进行研究。 Is there any way for me to do this? 有什么办法可以做到吗？
