I have made as simple game in java, that only has a black background and one image.

i'd personally monitor your GPU temperature. 我会亲自监视您的GPU温度。 If it exceeds any certain thresholds, then I'd be concerned. 如果超过任何特定阈值，那么我会很担心。 There are numerous tools to do this. 有很多工具可以做到这一点。 http://www.gputemp.com/ is one of them. http://www.gputemp.com/是其中之一。
