I am trying to submit an iOS app through iTunes Connect. 我正在尝试通过iTunes Connect提交iOS应用。

I'm guessing you have submitted your app before signed with a developer certificate from one account and now your trying to do it from another. 我猜想您已经从一个帐户使用开发者证书签名之前提交了您的应用程序，现在您尝试从另一个帐户进行开发。
