I am using Tortoise SVN Client Version: 1.8.2, Build 24708 - 64 Bit , 2013/08/27 19:20:39 installed on Windows 7 64 bit Enterprise Edition OS.

From day 1, when I try to commit any file it shows below error. 从第一天开始，当我尝试提交任何文件时，它显示以下错误。

I figured the answer myself. 我自己想出了答案。 I was using Repo Browser URL beginning with svn:// instead of http:// 我正在使用以svn：//而不是http：//开头的Repo Browser URL
Now, I started using http and SVN prompts me for login credentials. 现在，我开始使用http，SVN提示我输入登录凭据。 And also, I am able to check in the files that I have checked out using http. 而且，我能够使用http检入已检出的文件。
