is there a way to emulate a galaxy s4 with the actual samsung android version?

You can not emulate Samsung OS, as they distribute their OS only as binarys for each device, and not as opensource. 您无法模拟Samsung OS，因为它们仅以二进制形式为每个设备分发其OS，而不以开源形式分发。
So you can not use it on a different hardware than a Samsung Phone. 因此，不能在与三星手机不同的硬件上使用它。
