The VPP doesn't have anything to do with developing applications, only buying them (from the App Store) and distributing those purchased apps within a company enrolled in VPP. VPP与开发应用程序没有任何关系,仅与(从App Store中)购买应用程序并将这些购买的应用程序分发到VPP注册公司中。
