I looked on many question for submit ipa to app store.

Yes , you can change certificate using this: Re-sign IPA (iPhone) 是的，您可以使用以下方法更改证书： 重新签名IPA（iPhone）
also you can use ipa file to upload it from application loader. 您也可以使用ipa文件从应用程序加载器上传文件。
