I have python 3.4 installed on C:\\Python34\\ and I set the path via the GUI:

I am not sure what the difference is between a system path and user path, especially since the programs that needed the path were running on my account. 我不确定系统路径和用户路径之间有什么区别，尤其是因为需要该路径的程序正在我的帐户上运行。
