Is it possible to rename the word "Issue" to something less associated with "Defect"/"Problem"?

I understand that Jira's underlying name for everything is "Issue" just like it is "Work Item" for TFS, but I don't want that term to show up everywhere. 我知道Jira的所有名称的基础名称都是“问题”，就像TFS的“工作项”一样，但是我不希望这个术语在任何地方都出现。
