I have been trying to upload an iOS app to Apple App Store for almost a week without success.

The session's status is FAILED and the error description is

Go to page 6 "System and Network Requirements" from https://itunesconnect.apple.com/docs/UsingApplicationLoader.pdf 从https://itunesconnect.apple.com/docs/UsingApplicationLoader.pdf转到第6页“系统和网络要求”
verify that all of the ports and IP addresses are accessible. 验证所有端口和IP地址都可访问。
After opening all of the ports from the table, I'm now able to upload my apps. 打开表格中的所有端口后，我现在可以上传我的应用了。
