The account owner has a production certificate that when I download and open shows in my key chain under "Certificates" but not under "My Certificates."

In order to attach a new private key, you will need permission to create a new certificate. 为了附加新的私钥，您将需要权限来创建新证书。 If you get the original private key, you should be able to install that on your computer to resolve this problem without the need to create a new certificate. 如果您获得了原始私钥，则应该能够在计算机上安装该私钥来解决此问题，而无需创建新证书。
