When there are unsaved changes for a particular file, in some editors a * appears by the filename, or there is some other indication.

Editor -> General -> Editor Tabs -> Mark modified tabs with an asterisk 编辑器 - >常规 - >编辑器选项卡 - >用星号标记已修改的选项卡
