I have recently installed Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Express for Windows Desktop with Update 4. I have tried everything, but no designer seems to be in this edition or Visual Studio... Ok... I just solved my issue. 好吧...我刚刚解决了我的问题。 The ISO i have downloaded was about 2,00 GB, and I noticed it's a little too light to be VS 2013 (even Express). 我下载的ISO大约为2.00 GB，我注意到它比VS 2013（甚至Express）有点过轻。
