I created a app and is available on App Store.

You can make your app (with app-store provisioning profile) available for beta testing from iTunesConnect itself. 您可以使您的应用程序（带有应用程序商店配置文件）可从iTunesConnect本身进行Beta测试。
Login to iTunesConnect and go to Apps -> <You App> -> Test Flight . 登录iTunesConnect并转到“ Apps -> <You App> -> Test Flight 。 Internal testers can test build available in beta without App Store approval. 内部测试人员无需App Store批准即可测试Beta版的可用内部版本。
