It redirects you to the download page because between 0.8.0 and 1.0 there were some releases that didn't allow update via patches, the only thing you could do is download the whole fresh version. 它会将您重定向到下载页面，因为在0.8.0和1.0之间，有一些发行版本不允许通过补丁程序进行更新，您唯一可以做的就是下载整个全新版本。
When you install new version of Android Studio, it asks you about previous installations. 当您安装新版本的Android Studio时，它将询问您以前的安装情况。 If you had AS installed (which is obviously your case) you can import its settings during the installation of 1.0. 如果安装了AS（显然是这种情况），则可以在1.0的安装过程中导入其设置。
