Your third screen shot explains why: 您的第三个屏幕截图说明了原因：

To use TestFlight beta testing, build 1 must contain the correct beta entitlements. 要使用TestFlight Beta测试，内部版本1必须包含正确的Beta授权。

You should follow the instructions in the FAQ link that the error message gave you. 您应该按照错误消息给您的FAQ链接中的说明进行操作。
