I am using updated R-Studio on Win XP-64, with R version 3-1-2, and have all the Bioconductor packages updated.

RESOLVED - I uninstalled R-Studio and every old installation of R, and then re-installed R-Studio (which installed R-3.1.2). 已解决-我卸载了R-Studio和R的每个旧安装，然后重新安装了R-Studio（已安装R-3.1.2）。 After that, there were no issues. 之后，没有任何问题。
