I'm starting to look into SSRS Report Builder 2.0, and I see in the documentation that it supports connections to SQL 2005.

You can not run a 2008 report on the 2005 engine, you can however run a 2005 report on the 2008 engine, it converts the report on-demand. 您无法在2005引擎上运行2008年报告，但您可以运行2005年的2008引擎报告，它会按需转换报告。

No this is not possible. 不，这是不可能的。 2008 reports can only be run on a SSRS 2008 report server. 2008年报告只能在SSRS 2008报表服务器上运行。 Paul 保罗
