I am new to web application development.I developed a web application(rest web service) that has both mysql and neo4j database.

I suggest you check out GrapheneDB . 我建议你查看GrapheneDB 。 They're the only game in town as far as hosted Neo4j goes, as far as I know. 据我所知，就Neo4j而言，他们是镇上唯一的游戏。 They do a great job. 他们做得很好。
