Apple's review process applies to all beta builds sent through their TestFlight service on iTunes Connect. Apple的审核过程适用于通过iTunes Connect上的TestFlight服务发送的所有beta版本。 Your build has failed this review process. 您的构建未通过此审查过程。

The AppStore process is identical. AppStore的过程是相同的。 Your build will also fail there (if they even let you submit for review). 您的构建也会在那里失败（如果他们甚至允许您提交审阅）。
